Tai Chi 8 steps Form




The Tai Chi 8 steps Form, also known as 10 form, is popular for its simplicity and it requires little space. Moviments:

1- Repulse Monkey (Right-Left) 
2- Brush Knees (Left-Right) 
3- Part the Wild Horses Mane (Left-Right) 
4- Move Hands Like Clouds (Left-Right) 
5- Golden Cock Stands on One Leg (Right-Left) 
6- Heel kick (Right-Left) 
7- Grasp Peacock’s Tail (Right-Left) 
8- Cross Hands
